1) Triple Chocolate Delite

· 0.25 cup(s) (225.000g) nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
· 0.50 scoop(s) (32.400g) Medi-Weightloss® Chocolate Premium Protein
· 1.00 bar(s) (27.000g) Medi-Weightloss® Chocolate Celebration Delite Protein Bar
· 0.50 piece(s) (8.000g) Medi-Weightloss® Dark Chocolate Sensations
Directions: Slightly thaw the whipped topping. Chop the protein bar and mix with whipped topping, Greek yogurt, and protein powder. Chop Chocolate Sensation and sprinkle on top. Serve immediately or store in freezer for a firmer texture.
2) Chunky Monkey Freeze
· 5 ice cubes
· 1 scoop Banana Cream Premium Protein
· 2 fl oz water
· 1 piece Chocolate Sensations
· 4 halves walnuts
Directions: In a blender, crush ice cubes to achieve a chunky consistency. Add protein powder and water and blend until mixed. Scoop into a bowl and top with chopped chocolate and nuts. Enjoy immediately or freeze for 30-minutes for an ice-cream consistency.
3) Chocolate Celebration Parfait

2.00 Tbsp (14.000g) sugar-free whipped topping
4.00 oz (170.000g) plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
Directions: Cut protein bars into slices, place the yogurt in a dessert glass, and top with protein bar and whipped topping. For a layered parfait, place half the yogurt in a dessert glass, top with half of the protein bar slices, and then repeat layers. Right before serving, add whipped topping.
